8M Bystar 4025 4KW Laser
This machine is
capable of cutting large plate, 8M x 2.5M x 20mm thick Mild Steel and 12mm
thick Stainless Steel. The laser quality and capacity of this machine offers
the customer the choice never before offered, it not only produces small
bespoke jobs but can give the opportunity for jobs once made in two items to
be made in one length.

4M Bystar 4025 6KW Laser
Laserconcepts latest acquisition. The 6KW combines a large cutting area (4M x 2.5M) with speed and accuracy giving a capacity ranging from your thin sheet metal up to 25mm thick Mild Steel and 15MM thick Stainless Steel. This machine is also unrivalled when it comes to engraving. The speed and accuracy of the 6KW keeps costs down. The 6KW Laser can also compliment your structural steel components. Coupled with our Cad department, Laserconcept can produce all your end plates, gusset plates, stiffeners, brackets, fish plates and even engraves positioning lines to ease assembly.

Amada EML Combination Punch/Laser
Building on our 4KW and the 6KW laser machines there was a need to increase Laserconcept’s capacity. Laserconcept also needed to upgrade its punching capabilities so to satisfy both areas Laserconcept invested in the latest Punch/Laser combination technology because numerous customer requirements demanded a punched product. The EML has a turret capable of carrying 45 different shaped tools including auto index stations that can punch to any given angle. For intricate shapes, one off shapes, tight acute corners or to utilise the full sheet area a laser cutting head is then engaged. Once the laser head has done its work it then re-houses itself and the punching continues. The EML Punch/Laser works with not only material thickness 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm Mild Steel, it is also capable of laser cutting the same thickness in Stainless Steel. The cutting area is also a credit to the technology giving an unrivalled cutting area of 7M x 1830 when using the combination system.

Radan CAD/CAM 3D technology
The Radan software utilised is capable of running all of the laser and punching machines and is a compliment to the technology we have. Our technical Sales Manager is an expert in CAD/CAM development and along with Laserconcepts CAD technicians, the customer service in this department is quite unique. Many customers have benefited from Laserconcepts CAD department when finalising their designs. Radan can produce 3 dimensional drawings of your components and give you isometric views or better still why not come in and see your job rotated before your very eyes. Radan is capable of receiving files in the following format:- Dxf, Dwg, Drg and your 3D models in the form of SAT files.
